Details of Our Full-Process Service for Our Omani Client
The following is a complete process of our animal feed mill plant in Oman, from solution confirmation to formal production, transparently showcasing our project management capabilities and delivery strength.
1. Client Site Visit and Solution Customization
The client visits our factory to inspect the production line. Based on the client’s provided factory dimensions, power conditions, raw material type, production capacity requirements, and finished product requirements, we design a detailed solution, including 3D layout diagrams and equipment configuration suggestions.
2. Contract Signing and Production Scheduling
After confirming the technical solution, equipment list, delivery date, acceptance standards, and warranty terms, both parties formally sign the contract. The manufacturing department simultaneously initiates the production plan, prioritizing the production of key equipment.
3. Factory Pre-Acceptance and Outgoing Inspection
After the complete set of equipment is manufactured, pre-assembly or trial testing of the entire production line is conducted at our factory in China. The Omani client can witness the entire process via video link.
4. Sea Freight Container Loading and Port Clearance
Container loading is completed according to international export standards, and the shipment departs from Qingdao Port and is transported by sea to Sohar Port in Oman. We provided full cargo tracking and assisted the client with import customs clearance, ensuring the animal feed mill plant in Oman arrived 5-7 days ahead of schedule and guaranteeing its successful delivery.
5. Capacity Acceptance and Commencement
After 24 hours of continuous full-load operation testing, the measured capacity reached 14.8 tons/hour, with all technical indicators meeting standards. The client officially signed the acceptance confirmation, and the production line entered the commercial operation phase.
