01 Crushing the raw material

02 Mixing of raw materials

How to make lucerne pellets for biomass fuel?

01 Drying of lucerne
First of all, the moisture content of fresh lucerne is relatively high, usually around 70%-80%, which is not suitable for direct pelletizing. The requirement of lucerne pellet machine for raw material moisture content is around 15%. Therefore, the first step in processing lucerne fuel pellets needs to use a dryer to dry the lucerne to a moisture content of about 15%.
02 lucerne crushing
Then, the lucerne grass is crushed to 2-3mm powder by pulverizer. The finer the material is crushed, the better the combustion effect.
03 Pelletizing lucerne
The crushed lucerne enters the pelletizer through the conveying equipment as part of the alfalfa pellet production line to be pelletized.
