10T/H Poultry Feed Mill In Afghanistan

We thoroughly understand the Afghan customer’s needs; our technical department provides a solution and detailed price quote; the customer arrives at our company to learn about the equipment; the customer visits our factory to see the equipment in action; the customer reaches a cooperation agreement; both parties agree on the final technical solution; the contract is drafted; the sales department carefully explains the contract details; and the contract is signed.

Our factory produces all the equipment for the Afghan customer’s poultry feed mill according to the final solution; our sales representative provides detailed production progress reports (e.g., pictures, videos, and specifications of all components used in the equipment) with the Afghan customer.

Once the equipment is fully manufactured, we conduct a test run to test its operating status (e.g., output, energy consumption, pellet formation rate, noise, vibration, temperature, etc.). Upon verification, the customer can watch the test run remotely via video or visit our factory for on-site inspection. Delivery is only possible after all verifications are complete.

Our installation engineers and translators arrived in Afghanistan to assist with project installation and training. The customer carefully checked all equipment, accessories, spare parts, and tools against the shipping and packing lists provided by the salesperson to ensure the quantities and models were consistent with the contract, and then signed acceptance documents.

The customer reconfirmed that the plant dimensions matched the provided diagrams. Various installation details, such as electrical specifications, were reviewed. An on-site meeting was held with the Afghan project manager to finalize the installation schedule.

All equipment, from the raw material silo, crusher, elevator, mixer, pelletizer, cooler, and baler, was positioned, leveled, and secured. The local Afghan electrician was instructed to complete the power wiring for all motors and verify correct rotational direction. The main electrical control cabinet was installed, and all sensor and motor control cables from the equipment were connected.

Training was conducted to explain the feed production process, the operating principles of key equipment, and key maintenance points. Equipment Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Electrical Schematics, and Spare Parts Lists were provided in English and Dari.

We provide guidance to Afghan customers: how to start and shut down the machine, change recipes, and complete production records. We also provide guidance on how to replace the pelletizer die rollers and adjust the gap. We also provide guidance on how to replace the crusher screen and hammers. We also provide guidance on how to clean and maintain the mixer. We also provide guidance on how to view production data and fault records on the control computer.

Final acceptance: After the production line is running stably and producing qualified products, we will jointly sign the final acceptance documents with the customer. We will also deliver all project documents, including drawings, manuals, and certificates of conformity.

We provide lifetime after-sales service for our Afghan customers. We maintain a spare parts archive for all parts and accessories for the 10T/H poultry feed mill in Afghanistan, ensuring rapid supply of commonly used spare parts such as screens, hammers, belts, and sensors. If replacements are needed, please contact our after-sales staff for prompt reissue.

We offer a dedicated customer service email and WhatsApp, providing 24/7 technical consulting services. We will also conduct regular return visits, such as telephone or video visits within 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after the equipment is officially put into use, to understand the operating status of the poultry feed mills.
