Ring Die
The ring die is forged from stainless steel, carburized and quenched for high hardness, wear and corrosion resistance. Compression ratio adapts to your feed formula; ddie holes available in 2–12 mm diameters, evenly distributed for uniform pellet size and steady output.
Press Roller Assembly
is machined with grooved teeth for strong gripping and no slipping. SKF bearings provide excellent wear and fatigue resistance. The eccentric shaft mechanism enables quick clearance adjustment between the rollers and ring die.
Siemens Motor
The Siemens main motor delivers high energy efficiency and low power consumption in long-term operation. IP55-rated against dust and water splash, perfect for dusty feed mill conditions.
Spiral Auger
The feeder uses variable-frequency control, interlocked with the main motor, so it never chokes at startup and automatically slows down under overload. The auger constantly stirs the material, preventing bridging.
High hardness Cutter
The sharp blade with an optimized edge angle cuts cleanly — pellets get smooth ends, no burrs and no sticking. The blade-to-die gap is finely adjustable via a handle, allowing positioning without stopping the machine or opening the cover.
Safety device
Shear pin protection stops the machine automatically if metal or material jams it, protecting the die and gearbox. The door interlock cuts power as soon as the cover opens — safe and worry-free operation.

1-2T/H chicken feed (Mash+Pellets) & 0.2-0.4 T/H fish Feed production line
The client required a production line capable of simultaneously producing chicken feed and extruded fish feed. Consequently, we designed the line with three core sections: a grinding, batching, and mixing section (shared); a parallel pelleting and extrusion section (diverging); and a cooling, screening, and packaging section (shared post-processing). The prepared mash can either be discharged and bagged directly or diverted: one portion is fed into a pellet mill to produce chicken feed pellets, while the other is fed into a single-screw extruder to produce extruded fish feed.
The equipment selected for the pelleting and extrusion section consists of a chicken feed pellet machine and a single-screw extruder. In addition to fish feed, the extruder is capable of producing pet food; should the client wish to produce pet food in the future, no additional equipment purchases would be required.
5-6 T/H Chicken Feed Production Line (Mash & Pellets)
This is a fully automated production line for chicken feed with a capacity of 5–6 tons per hour. It encompasses the entire process—from raw material intake and automatic batching to grinding, mixing, pelleting, cooling, crumbling, screening, and finished product packaging—and is primarily designed for the large-scale production of pelleted livestock and poultry feed, while also offering the flexibility to produce mash feed. The line utilizes a multi-level steel structure facility with a vertical layout to minimize the overall footprint.
20-30 T/H Chicken Feed + 15-20 T/H Livestock Feed Production Line
This large-scale feed production line utilizes an architecture featuring independent grinding sections for two lines, a shared batching and mixing section, dual pelleting lines, and a shared finished-product screening and packaging system, enabling the simultaneous production of chicken feed and livestock feed.
Since chicken feed and livestock feed have different requirements for grinding fineness, the separate grinding processes prevent cross-interference and eliminate the need for frequent screen changes. The shared use of batching bins and automatic weighing systems significantly reduces equipment investment and the facility’s footprint.
Additionally, the entire line is equipped with a comprehensive dust control system; independent dust extraction and recovery at each stage ensure a clean and healthy workshop environment.
