The production process of the wood pellet line in Canada is:
01 Crushing section
First of all, feed the raw materials to the crusher to do the crushing section. The materials need to be crushed to 2-3mm wood chips to enter the pelletizing chamber.
02 Wood Drying
Then, the crushed materials enter the dryer to be dried. The moisture content of the raw materials is 50%, they need to be dried to less than 15% for better pelletizing effect.
03 Pelletizing section
After drying, the materials are conveyed to the feeder of the wood pellet machine, then enter the pelletizing room to be pelletized. Under the pressure of the rollers and ring die, the feed pellets are formed and extruded from the die hole.
04 Cooling section
After pelletizing, the wood pellets need to be cooled to room temperature to avoid surface breaking.
05 automatic Packing section
After being cooled, the feed pellets are packed by the auto-packing machine.

The production process of biomass wood pellet production line in Canada
Wood chipping
Firstly, feed the wood logs into the belt conveyor and to do the wood chipping section, the wood logs are chipped in to 3-5cm wood slices.
Wood crushing
Secondly, the materials after chipping enter the crushing section for crushing through the screw conveyor.
Wood drying
After crushing, the crushed materials enters the rotary drum drying machine for drying through the wind transportation system.
Pelletizing section
After drying, the materials are conveyed to the pelletizing section through the wind transport system and screw conveyor. The materials are fed into the wood pellet machine through a variable frequency speed feeder, then enter the pelletizing chamber for pelletizing. The wood pellets will be loaded by bucket elevator to next section .
Cooling & Screening section
After pelletizing , the wood pellets enter the cooling section and screening section through a customized conveyor to cool to room temperature for packing.
Packing section
After the cooling and screening is completed, then enter into the packing section to pack the material by crimping conveyor.
