The first step of the line is to crush the raw materials. The materials include the corn, soybean meal, wheat, they need crushing into powered materials. Then put them in to the next section.

After crushing, you can mix the crushed materials evenly through the feed mixer. Generally, the kinds of the raw materials used to make feed pellets are less than one kind, so we need to mix the raw materials, to ensure to provide uniform nutrition for the animals.

Pelletizing system

After mixing, the materials enter the pelletizing system. Put them into the conditioner of the animal feed pellet mill through the feeder, which can make the raw materials cooked. Under the pressure of the ring die and the rollers, the cooked materials finally pressed into uniform feed pellets.

Cooling system

After pelletizing, send the feed pellets to the cooling system. Due to the high temperature and moisture of the feed pellets, the feed pellets are soft and easily cracked. The temperature of the feed pellets needs cooling to room temperature, in case the surface of the feed pellets crack. In addition, the cooled feed pellets have a longer storage time.

After cooling, the feed pellets can be packed manully or automatically, which makes it more convenient to store and transport. This flexible packing option also allows producers to adjust packaging methods according to production scale and labor conditions.

The raw materials are put into the feeding hopper, then transported into the cleaning system vertically up by the bucket elevator. After a preliminary cleaning screen of a drum type precleaner, a permanent magnet cylinder, and then distributed by rotary distributor to different silos to be distributed. Then the raw materials enter the water-drop hammer mill for crushing, and the crushed raw materials are conveyed by bucket lift to the bin to be mixed.

Batching scale is controlled by computer to achieve accurate batching, overall batching error is less than 3%. The mixing of each batch of materials is divided into three stages: the first stage is the large materials into the mixer to start mixing; Then the premix is put into the small materials feeding hopper to start the second stage of small materials mixing. Finally, the grease is fed into the mixer through the grease adding system to start the third stage of mixing. After the material is mixed, they are sent to the pre-pelletizing bins by the bucket elevator.

The materials are transferred to the tempering conditioner through the variable frequency speed feeder. The variable frequency impeller feeder can control the feeding speed, so that the feed pellet maker can work under ideal conditions as much as possible.

The mixed powder materials contact and fuse with steam in the conditioner. After the materials are modulated to a certain temperature and moisture, enter the ring die of the pelletizer. Under the strongly extrusion between the ring die and the press roller, the pellets are formed and then cut into the desired length by the cutter.

The feed cooling machine is placed under the feed pellet machine, saving both floor space and the use of conveying equipment and storage bins. Cooling the temperature of the feed pellets to room temperature can avoid the phenomenon of sudden cooling caused by direct contact between cold air and hot material, and thus prevent the surface cracking of pellets.

The system can pack the feed pellets into bags fully automatically, which makes it more convenient for storage and transportation.
