01 Wood chipping process

03 Drying process

05 Cooling process

The temperature of the newly produced wood pellets is as high as 70-90℃, which is in a high temperature and high humidity state. At this time, the countercurrent cooler needs to play its own important role. The equipment adopts reverse airflow cooling technology to evenly cool the pellets to room temperature, effectively solidify the pellet structure, and prevent surface cracking.

06 Screening and packaging process

At this time, the customer has produced wood pellets through a series of processes. However, unqualified wood pellets are inevitable in the pelletizing process, so the wood pellets need to be screened after cooling, and the qualified wood pellets flow out from the middle and enter the finished product warehouse.
