Working principle of the shrimp feed pellet machine
Feed the materials after crushing and mixing into the conditioner through the frequency inverter feeder, in which the materials are contacted and fused with steam. The prawn feed making machine is equipped with three-layer conditioner, which can make the materials fully cooked and good pelletizing effect. After the materials are modulated to a certain temperature and moisture, they enter the ring die of the pellet, and under the strong extrusion of the ring die and the pressure rollers, granules are formed, and then cut into the desired length by the cutter.

Then I will introduce you to the working process of the 2-2.5 T/H shrimp feed pellet production line. It mainly includes 7 sections: receiving section, crushing section, batching & mixing section, micro crushing section, mixing section, pelletizing & cooling section, and packing section.
01 Receiving section
First of all, put the prepared feed materials into the feed hopper. Then they will be delivered to next section.
02 Crushing section
At this section, feed the materials need to be crushed into the hammer mill and to do the primary crushing section, feed the materials that don’t need crushing into the pre-mixing bins for mixing.
03 Batching&mixing section
After crushing, the crushed materials are sent into the batching and mixing section. Weigh a batch of materials through the batch scale and send them in to the mixer, at the same time, put the small materials into the mixer for mixing.
04Micro crushing section
After mixing, the materials through the bucket elevator into the micro crushing section. The main machine in this section is SWFL micro crusher.
05Mixing section
After micro crushing, the materials needs mixing again.
06 Pelletizing&cooling section
After mixing, the materials are conveyed to the pelletizing section through bucket elevator, the materials are fed into the conditioner through a frequency-controlled impeller feeder, then enters the pelletizing chamber for pelletizing. Then the feed pellets enter the cooling section to cool to room temperature for packing.
07 Packing Section
After the pelletizing and cooling is completed, then the feed pellets enter into the packing section to be packed for convenient storage and transportation.
