You can think of it as the power system, primarily providing power to the entire machine, driving the main shaft and spiral blades. Without a motor, the spiral blades cannot move, and the conveyor is essentially useless.

The internal structure of our TLSU screw conveyor features an anti-clogging design, which reduces sticking and caking of wet materials. It is more suitable than standard models for sticky materials like wet corn grits and semi-wet organic fertilizer.
Is the power of the conveyor fixed? Will the power be the same if I want to transport 20 meters or 50 meters?
Power is not fixed; it is calculated based on “conveying distance + output.” The longer the distance, the greater the motor’s thrust, and therefore the higher the power. Please inform the salesperson of your desired distance and output when purchasing, and we will calculate it for you.
What is the difference between a stainless steel model and a carbon steel model? I want to transport flour. Which one should I choose?
The core difference lies in corrosion resistance and cost. If you’re transporting flour, we recommend a 304 stainless steel model to prevent rust contamination.
- Stainless steel models are water-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, and rust-resistant, making them suitable for transporting food ingredients such as flour and sugar.
- Carbon steel models are cost-effective but susceptible to corrosion, making them suitable for transporting materials that don’t require cleanliness, such as dry sand and gravel and ordinary feed.
My factory is small. Can the conveyor be installed at an angle? What’s the maximum angle?
It can be installed at an angle, but the greater the angle, the lower the conveying efficiency. If your factory is small, we can draw a layout based on the site and help you determine the most appropriate angle.
Will transporting hot, freshly prepared feed pellets damage the machine?
No, you can choose a cooling screw conveyor or a custom high-temperature-resistant model. This allows for simultaneous cooling while transporting the feed.
Do the blades break easily? Can they be replaced individually if they become worn over time?
Blades are consumable parts, but our machine blades are continuously cold-rolled, making them more wear-resistant than ordinary blades. Blades can be replaced individually.
