01 Chiping section
First of all,feed the wood materials into the drum wood chipper for chipping through the conveying equipment. Drum type wood chipper is an ideal equipment for cutting the material, which can chip the raw material to 3-5cm wood chips. After chipping, qualified chips fall through the screen holes, and large pieces of wood cannot come out of the screen holes and need to be re-chipped. Of course, if your raw material is already wood chips, as long as the fineness is suitable, there is no need for chipping.
02 Crushing section
3-5CM small wood chips through the conveyor to the crusher for crushing. Wood chips are crushed to the appropriate fineness, the purpose of doing this is on the one hand conducive to the back of the drying, and on the other hand conducive to the back of the pelleting stage of pressing.
03 drying section
After crushing, the crushed materials are transported into the rotary dryer to be dried. 04 Pelletizing ssection

05 Wood pellet cooling and screening section
