Production process of 1-2 T/H poultry feed mill plant
The process of 1-2T/H is relatively simple, mainly crushing and mixing section, pelletizing section, cooling and packing section. The relative poultry feed manufacturing plant cost is also relatively low. The following is the flow chart of the production line and the description of each process.
01 Crushing&Mixing section
First of all, we put the raw materials according to the recipe on the screw conveyor. The raw materials enter the crusher through the screw conveyor for crushing. After crushing, the material goes directly to the mixer for mixing.
02 Pelletizing section
After mixing, the raw materials enter into the stock bin before pelletzing through the conveyor. Then through the feeder into the pelletizing machine tempering device for tempering, poultry feed pelletizing machine is mainly through the input of steam to raise the temperature and pressure, the material in which the protein denaturation, starch dextrination, and become ripe. 03 Cooling & packing section

01 Receiving and cleaning system
In the raw material receiving system, according to the raw material formula, the raw material that needs crushing will be conveyed to the crushing section by hand, and the raw material that doesn’t need crushing will directly enter into the mixing section. In addition, the materials need cleaning equipment to remove impurities before entering the pulverizer and mixer. This can clean out the impurities and iron-containing materials contained in the raw materials, which can ensure the quality of feed particles, and also ensure the normal operation of the pelletizer and mixer.
02 Crushing system
The raw materials need crushing through the conveying equipment into the crushing section. This section is often used in the feed crusher equipment, it can be crushed to the best size of the raw material powder, in order to obtain the best pelletizing effect. The specific surface area of the crushed material increases, which can increase the contact area between digestive enzymes and raw materials, and improve the utilization rate of feed for animals. Moreover, the crushed material is more easily cooked at the pelletizing and conditioning stage, and the digestibility of the feed pellets by the animals will also be improved.
03 Batching mixing system

04 Pelleting & cooling system
After the mixing of the ingredients, the material enters the pelleting section. The poultry feed pelletizer can process the mixed powder feed into pellets. After the material is processed by the pelleting machine, the starch material is pasteurized and the degree of maturity is increased, which is easier to be digested and absorbed by the animals. And the extrusion of the ring die can increase the density of feed particles and reduce the volume of feed particles, making it easier to store and transport.
The temperature of the poultry feed pellets just coming out of the pellet mill is 80℃ and the moisture is about 16%. Under this condition, the poultry feed pellets are easy to deform, broken, and easy to stick and deteriorate in the storage process, which of course is what we all don’t want to see. Therefore, the poultry feed pellets need to be cooled by a chiller before packing.
05 Screening & Packing system
The cooled poultry feed pellets are transported by means of a conveyor to a rotary sieve. The screening section is able to separate the pellets into three layers according to size, the top layer being the large pellets, the middle layer being the finished pellets and the bottom layer being the powdered feed. The oversized pellets can be transported by conveyor to the crushing section for crushing. The molding rate of the pellet machine is over 98%, and the residual powdered feed can be reintroduced into the pelleting machine for pelleting.
The qualified finished pellets enter into the packing section. The automatic packaging equipment can weigh, bag and seal the finished products according to customers’ requirements.
