What is the production process and cost for a small-scale 1-2 T/H poultry feed manufacturing plant?

Crushing & Mixing section

Receiving and Cleaning System

Pelleting & Cooling System
After the mixing of the ingredients, the material enters the pelleting section. The poultry feed pelletizer can process the mixed powder feed into pellets. After the material is processed by the pelleting machine, the starch material is pasteurized and the degree of maturity is increased, which is easier to be digested and absorbed by the animals. And the extrusion of the ring die can increase the density of feed particles and reduce the volume of feed particles, making it easier to store and transport.
The temperature of the poultry feed pellets just coming out of the pellet mill is 80℃ and the moisture is about 16%. Under this condition, the poultry feed pellets are easy to deform, broken, and easy to stick and deteriorate in the storage process, which of course is what we all don’t want to see. Therefore, the poultry feed pellets need to be cooled by a chiller before packing.
Screening & Packing System
The cooled poultry feed pellets are transported by means of a conveyor to a rotary sieve. The screening section is able to separate the pellets into three layers according to size, the top layer being the large pellets, the middle layer being the finished pellets and the bottom layer being the powdered feed. The oversized pellets can be transported by conveyor to the crushing section for crushing. The molding rate of the pellet machine is over 98%, and the residual powdered feed can be reintroduced into the pelleting machine for pelleting.
The qualified finished pellets enter into the packing section. The automatic packaging equipment can weigh, bag and seal the finished products according to customers’ requirements.
