Anti-caking bin
On top of the peanut shell pelletizer we have an anti-caking bin. Inside there are two pressure rollers rotating constantly to ensure that the material is in a powdered state. This prevents the material from arching. This also ensures a smooth running of the pelletizer.
Forced feeder
As peanut shells belong to the lighter material, its fluidity is also relatively poor. According to its own power is difficult to enter directly into the granulation chamber. Therefore, we are equipped with a forced feeder to ensure that the material can smoothly and evenly enter into the pelletizing chamber to complete the pelletizing work.
Pelletizing chamber
Peanut shells are mainly transformed into pellets in the pelletizing chamber. The main working parts of the pelletizing chamber are the ring die and the pressure roller, under the continuous extrusion of the two, the crushed peanut shells are transformed into firm peanut shell pellets.
Cutting device
The peanut shell pellets are finally extruded through the die hole of the ring die, which is equipped with a cutting device. By adjusting the distance between the cutting device and the ring die, you can get the ideal size of peanut shell pellets.
Steam discharging outlet
When the pelletizer is running, the temperature inside the pelletizing chamber is very high, and the moisture of the peanut shell material entering the pelletizing chamber is about 15, which will generate a lot of steam. Therefore, in order to keep the granulator in good working condition and ensure the effect of granulation, we open a hole here, connecting the fan and cyclone, which can exchange the steam in the pelletizing chamber and reduce the temperature inside.
Siemens motor, SKF bearings and safety pin
The peanut shell pelletizer is designed in stainless steel and equipped with Siemens motor and SKF bearings. It ensures stable operation and long service life of the machine. On the outside of the pelletizing chamber, there is also a safety pin on the outside. When the main motor is overloaded, the safety pins will break automatically to protect against overload.

The main working principle of peanut shell pellet machine is to process peanut shells by physical extrusion, the crushed peanut shells will be extruded into the shape of particles. Under the extrusion of the ring die and pressure roller, the powdered peanut shell material passes through the holes of the mold, during which the peanut shell is subjected to high temperature and high pressure, and begins to warm up and soften, and eventually converts into a cylindrical solid body, which is extruded out from the holes of the mold. And then cut to the required length by the cutter device, and then discharged from the discharge port.
The whole process is regulated and controlled by the electric control system to ensure that the peanut shell pellets produced meet the requirements of various standards.

The pellets just coming out of the peanut shell granulator are hot and soft, and cannot be packed or transported immediately. You need to cool the peanut shell pellets to room temperature to ensure the durability of the peanut shells and longer storage time.
05 Packing peanut shell pellets
Once cooled, the peanut shells can be baled according to your needs. You can choose to use a baler to bag them for easier transportation and selling. If you are producing peanut shell pellets for your own use, you can also choose to stack the pellets in bulk without using a baler. It is recommended that you store the pellets in a dry and well-ventilated environment to avoid the pellets from becoming wet and spoiled.
