01 Crushing and mixing section
First of all, feed the raw materials into the hammer mill to do the crushing section—this step grinds things like corn and soybean meal into fine powder. The pulse dust collector will collect the dust at the feeding port so the air stays clean. After crushing, the crushed materials enter the feed mixer through screw conveyor for mixing. Then they will be delivered to next section.
02 Extrusion and drying section
After mixing, the materials are conveyed to the extruding section through bucket type elevator; the materials are fed into the conditioner through an anti-caking bin screw feeder, then enters the extruding chamber for extrusion. Then the fish feed pellets are extruded from the die holes of the mold.

03 Cooling and packing section
After drying, the materials enter the spraying machine for spraying. Then the materials enter the cooling section to cool to room temperature. This prevents moisture from building up inside the package later. Once cooling is done, the wind transport system carries them to the packing section to be packed.
