Main structure of ring die chicken feed pellet making machine
The chicken feed pellet making machine mainly consists of feeder, conditioner, pelletizing room, ring die and rollers, Siemens motor, SKF bearings and etc. Here are the introduction of the main structure of the chicken feed pellet machine.
Feeder
The feeder is located directly above the chicken feed pellet machine. The material enters the pelletizer through the feeder. Conditioner
The conditioner adopts stainless steel, which has a long service life and good conditioning effect. The main function of the tempering device is to make the starch in the feed material pasty through high temperature, the material is mature and easier to digest and absorb by the animals.
Pelletizing room
The pelletizing chamber is in the host structure of the chicken feed production machine.
This is where chicken feed pellets form. The cooked material enters the pelletizing chamber and automatically forms pellets.
Ring die and press roller
The ring die and the press roller are the main working parts of the pellet mechanism of chicken feed pelletizer. The material is converted into chicken feed pellets under the extrusion of the ring mold and press roller.
Cutting device
The cutting device is used to cut the chicken feed pellets extruded from the die hole to the desired length. We can control the length of the pellets by adjusting the distance between the cutter and the ring die.
Safety pins
The chicken feed pellet machine is equipped with safety pins. When the machine is overloaded, the safety pin breaks off, which has an overload protection effect on the pelletizer.
Working principle of chicken feed pellet making machine

The main working principle of the machine is similar to that of the animal feed pellet machine. First of all, the crushed chicken feed raw materials enter into the conditioner through the feeder, and a certain amount of steam is passed into the conditioner, and the materials become mature in the container.
The cooked chicken feed then enters the pelletizing chamber and falls evenly on the ring die. The spindle drives the grinding disc to rotate, and the press roller continuously rolls through the feed layer to squeeze the chicken feed into the die hole. The material is finally extruded from the die hole in a cylindrical state and cut by the cutter to form a certain length of chicken feed pellets, which are discharged from the discharge port.
