A complete animal pellet feed plant has interconnected core technological processes, and each step is crucial to the final product. It mainly includes: raw material handling, intelligent batching, mixing, pelleting, cooling, and packaging. For different production scales, there are slight variations in the production process. Now, let me focus on explaining the 1-2 T/H animal feed pellet production line:

The whole animal feed mill factory starts from receiving and cleaning the raw materials,  to crushing, ingredients, mixing, granulation, cooling, and then to finished product packaging. Every step is strictly controlled to ensure the quality of the feed and production efficiency.

In addition to the common pellet feed production lines, RICHI Machinery can also be equipped with aquatic products puffed feed production lines and premixed feed production lines, which are of a wide variety. You can find us on YouTube.

This production line is well – equipped. Basically, it doesn’t require a pit, which helps save part of the investment budget. It uses a Z – type bucket elevator, with a lower overall height and a smaller floor space.

Raw Material Cleaning

We conduct quality inspections on raw materials like corn, soybean meal, fish meal, and minerals. Then, we use primary cleaners, permanent magnet cylinder, and dust collector to remove large – pellet impurities, ferromagnetic substances, and dust.

Crushing and Mixing

With a PLC automated weighing system, it’s easy for workers to prepare materials according to the formula. After that, the proportioned materials are transported to the crusher through a screw conveyor. Meanwhile, through the manual batching port and the liquid – adding system, we can make the batching more balanced and nutritious. Finally, the materials are crushed and mixed into a powdery form, which is convenient for pelleting.

Pellet Forming

The powdery materials are conveyed into the pellet mill and  tempered, sterilized, and extruded by ring die. Then,the cutter makes them into pellets. We can change different ring dies according to the feeding habits of animals to get pellets with varying hardness and lengths.

Cooling and Packaging

The high – temperature pellet feed is sent into a counter – flow cooler. Cold air is blown in by a fan and then discharge it through the cooler. After the cooling is completed, the materials are discharged intermittently. Finally, the automatic packaging machine takes care of weighing, packing, and storing the feed.
