01 Raw material receiving and primary cleaning system

The raw materials are first poured into the grid screen at the receiving stage, and then transported to the cleaning screen by the scraper conveyor to effectively remove large pellets of impurities such as stones, ropes, soil blocks and other soft and hard impurities. The cleaned raw materials are then transported to the silo for storage by the bucket elevator. Auxiliary materials such as soybean meal and bran also need to pass through the grid screen, scraper conveyor and drum primary cleaning screen to remove impurities and then be stored in the steel plate silo by the elevator.

02 Crushing system

The raw materials in the storage silo can be quantitatively transported to the crushing system according to the production plan. The materials are crushed by the high-efficiency crusher in a fully enclosed environment, and then sent to the batching silo through the dust removal system and the material sealing conveyor to achieve dust collection and air pressure balance, ensuring production safety and environmental cleanliness.

03 Batching and mixing system

The raw materials are accurately measured in the batching silo according to the formula requirements, and then enter the double-shaft high-efficiency mixer for uniform mixing. After mixing, part of the powdered feed can be directly sent to the packaging line, while the other part continues to the pelleting section.

04 Conditioning and pelleting system

The mixed material is sent to the conditioner and steam is injected to soften the fiber and improve the pelleting quality. The conditioning time is controlled to be more than 30-40 seconds to ensure that the feed is fully pretreated. The conditioned material then enters the pelletizer and is pressed into pellet feed.

05 Cooling and screening system

The fresh pellets need to be cooled by the cooling system to prevent deterioration. Subsequently, they are screened by a rotary screener, and the long pellets are processed into standard sizes by a crushing device. The powder that does not meet the standards is sent back to the reprocessing section for re-pelleting.

06 Finished product packaging system

The final products (including powdered and pelleted feed) enter the finished product warehouse respectively, and are loaded into woven bags by automatic packaging equipment. After completing the bagging, weighing, and sewing processes, they enter the warehouse and are ready for shipment.
