The working principle of an animal feed grinder machine is based on the crushing action of high-speed rotating hammers that impact, shearing, and grinding the materials, crushing the feed raw materials into uniform particle sizes.
When the motor starts,the main shaft drives the hammers to rotate at high speed. The material enters the crushing chamber through the feed port and gets broken by the impact of the hammers. The crushed material is then thrown against the tooth plates and screen on the inner wall of the crushing chamber by centrifugal force and airflow. It collides and rubs against these components, getting further crushed and refined. Finally, the material that meets the particle size requirements is discharged through the screen, while the larger particles continue to be crushed.
During the entire crushing process, the hammer sheet and the material constantly collided and crushed until the material reached the required pellet size standard.
