01 Wood Chipping Process

02 Wood Crushing Process

03 Drying section

The drying process is a very critical step in the entire production process as it directly affects the subsequent granulation effect. At this stage, we usually use professional drying equipment.
During the drying process, we need to strictly control parameters such as drying temperature, time, and ventilation. If the temperature is too high, the wood chips may become over – dry and charred, affecting the quality of the pellets. If the temperature is too low, we cannot effectively remove the excess moisture, making it difficult for the pellets to form during granulation. A reasonable drying time can ensure that the wood chips reach the appropriate moisture content. The control of the ventilation volume is also very important. An appropriate ventilation volume can timely remove the evaporated water vapor, maintain the stability of the drying environment, and ensure drying efficiency and quality.

04 Pelletizing Process

We send the dried wood chips into the granulation section. Before formal granulation, we install special cleaning equipment to effectively screen out impurities such as iron and stone that may exist in the raw materials.
