5-6 T/H Poultry Feed Production Line in Peru
The client requires the simultaneous production of mash, pellets, and crumbles. Key raw materials include corn, wheat, wheat bran, rice bran, soybean meal, vitamin and mineral premixes, and oils. The entire line utilizes a PLC-controlled multi-bin batching system and incorporates a grinder, mixer, chicken feed pellet mill, cooler, rotary grading screen, crumbler, and packaging machine. The system offers ease of operation and stable performance. The total project investment is $115,650 USD.
10-12 T/H Animal Feed Production Line in Uzbekistan
The client plans to build an automated chicken feed production line equipped with a PLC-controlled batching system, capable of producing pelleted feed for chickens and cattle, as well as crumbled feed for chicks. The complete line is equipped with feed batching bins, a grinder, a mixer, a chicken feed pellet mill, a cooler, a screener, and a bagging scale, alongside dust removal, conveying, and storage equipment. The total investment for the project is $268,210 USD.
1.5-2 T/H Fish Feed Production Line in Russia
To address the issue of inconsistent pellet buoyancy faced by clients, we custom-engineered a specialized floating fish feed production line centered on extrusion technology. This integrated system encompasses all key equipment required for automated production: a grinder, mixer, wet-type fish feed extruder, dryer, oil coater, cooler, vibrating screener, and automatic packaging machine. 2 T/H Shrimp & Sinking Fish Feed Production Line in Indonesia
The client plans to build a fully automated aquatic feed processing plant dedicated to the large-scale production of high-quality shrimp feed. Precision is strictly controlled at every stage of the production line. For instance, raw materials are finely ground to a particle size of 60–80 mesh; combined with our advanced paddle mixer, this ensures exceptional mixing uniformity, guaranteeing consistent nutritional content in every feed pellet. The pelleting process utilizes a shrimp feed pellet mill equipped with a three-stage conditioner, ensuring thorough starch gelatinization and cooking, which enhances the feed’s water stability and digestibility.
3-4 T/H Alfalfa Pellet Production Line in Argentina
A client commissioned us to design a complete alfalfa pelletizing solution to process baled alfalfa into high-quality cattle feed. The total investment for the project is $170,420 USD. The raw material used is sun-cured alfalfa hay; it requires no further drying and can be pelletized immediately after grinding. Additionally, corn, wheat, and other grains are incorporated into the formula to further enhance the feed’s nutritional value. The complete production line is equipped with a bale breaker, grinder, mixer, alfalfa pellet mill, cooler, vibrating screen, and bagging scale.
1-1.5 T/H Straw Pellet Production Line in Zimbabwe
This project involves a livestock and poultry feed production line utilizing straw (with a moisture content of 40%–50%), corn, and soybean meal as raw materials. To address the high moisture content of bulk straw, a drying stage has been incorporated following the grinding process. The complete equipment configuration includes a straw grinder, rotary dryer, feed mixer, pellet mill, cooler, grading screen, and bagging scale. The total project investment is US$241,380.
20 T/H Biomass Pellet Production Line in Bangladesh
The client plans to process biomass materials—such as wood chips and rice husks—into pellet fuel for export to Japan and South Korea. To meet the production requirement of 20 tons per hour, we configured three high-power wood pellet mills to operate in tandem, thereby preventing any single unit from running under high load for extended periods. Additionally, the entire production line is equipped with an automated PLC control system that manages equipment start-up and shutdown while monitoring operational status in real time.
2-2.5 T/H Wood Pellet Production Line in Romania
This fully automated wood pellet production line complies with European CE certification standards. Using beech wood chips (with a moisture content exceeding 40%) as raw material, the line processes the chips directly into high-density wood pellet fuel through a series of stages: crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling, screening, and packaging. The finished pellets have a diameter of 6 mm and a length of 2–5 cm. The total investment for the project was $38,550 USD, and the project took 180 days to complete.
1-2 T/H Tofu Cat Litter Production Line in Malaysia
