Variable frequency speed feeder
The feeder features a variable-frequency speed-control motor that automatically adjusts the feeding speed to prevent equipment idling or overloading. Inside the hopper, an integrated screw auger continuously agitates the material to prevent bridging and caking.

Steam Conditioner
Pelletizing Chamber
Both the ring die and press roller feature stainless steel construction with carburizing and quenching heat treatments, which greatly enhances their wear resistance. A high compression ratio ring die design allows the cattle pellet machine to easily press forage into shape. The die hole diameter offers option options ranging from 2 mm to 12 mm.
Heavy Gear Box
Replacing the traditional belt drive, the heavy-duty gear transmission system delivers strong power, stable operation, and high transmission efficiency, supporting long-hour industrial production. Powered by Siemens motors, the pellet machine achieves both high efficiency and energy savings.

To ensure superior pelleting results and pellet quality, RICHI Manufacture has developed pellet cattle feed machines with different configurations and performance specifications specifically for different types of raw materials.
For feed formulations primarily composed of high-starch ingredients such as corn, wheat, and soybean meal, a cattle feed pellet mill capable of finer grinding and adequate conditioning is required. Conversely, if the raw materials are mainly composed of high-fiber materials (such as straw, alfalfa, and hay), a pellet mill with stronger compression capacity should be selected. What precautions should be taken during production? Are there any requirements regarding the moisture content of the raw materials?

The raw materials need to be finely crushed and mixed before entering the cow feed pellet mill. At the same time, the moisture content of the raw materials should be controlled at around 12%-15%. If it’s too dry, it’s difficult to press into shape and produces more dust; if it’s too wet, it easily clogs the die holes.
Do I need a complete cattle feed production line or only a pellet mill?

This depends on the customer’s production scale and the availability of raw materials. If crushing and mixing equipment is already available, a pellet mill can be purchased separately. If the factory is built starting from raw material processing, RICHI can provide a complete turnkey production line including debulking, drying, crushing, mixing, pelleting, cooling, screening, and packaging.
