As shown in the figure above, the production process of poultry pellet feed can be summarized as follows:
(1) Crushing section
First of all, the cleaned up materials through the screw conveyor to the crusher for crushing, general feed production line are used in the RICHI water-drop feed mill, big crushing yield, good effect.
(2) Mixing section
After crushing, the crushed materials enter the mixer together for mixing.
(3) pelletizing section
Mixed materials are sent into the poultry feed pellet mill through the screw conveyor for pelletizing, and the materials are sent from the pelletizing bin to the pelletizing chamber of the pelletizer through the pelletizer feeder, and compressed into pellet feed. Pelleting process is the core step of the pellet unit, need to be monitored, found abnormalities should be dealt with in a timely manner.
(4) Cooling section
Poultry feed pellets coming out of the pelleting machine have a high temperature and need a counterflow cooler to cool them down until the pellet temperature reaches room temperature before they can enter the packing process. The crumbler is installed directly under the cooler, the main role is to break the larger feed pellets into small feed pellets, of course, when there is no need for crumbling, the pellet materials can be directly out of the crumbler.
(5) Packing section
After crumbling, the pellets through the conveying equipment to reach the elevation of the rotary screener, the particle size of the pellets unqualified screened out for secondary processing; screening, congratulations you have obtained the appropriate feed pellets, and then carry out the pellets of feed processing process in the last step – packing, after screening the qualified products after packing, it can be very convenient to store and transport.
