1. Cleaning and crushing system

The raw materials are first fed into the feed hopper and vertically lifted to the cleaning section by a bucket elevator. The raw materials are first pre-cleaned by a drum screen, and then a permanent magnetic drum is used to remove iron impurities. After the raw materials are fed into a separate storage silo, they are finely ground by a hammer mill and then transported to the mixing silo for the next stage of processing.

2. Batching and mixing system

This stage uses a computer-controlled batching scale to ensure accurate batching with an overall error rate of less than 3%. First, the bulk raw materials are mixed in the mixer; then the premixed raw materials are added to the small raw material hopper; finally, oil is added through the oil adding system to enhance nutrition and palatability.

After mixing, the raw materials are again lifted by the bucket elevator to the pre-pelleting bin.

3. Pelletizing and cooling system

The raw materials are fed into the conditioner through a variable frequency speed feeder for cooking and conditioning. The pre-conditioned feed then enters the ring die of the feed pellet machine and is compressed into dense feed pellets by rollers and dies. These freshly formed pellets – with an outlet temperature of about 80°C – are immediately cooled by the feed pellet cooler to prevent cracking and ensure hardness.

4. Automatic packaging system
