Working process of wood pellet making line
완전한 목재 펠릿 라인 includes the preparation of raw materials, wood crushing, sawdust drying, wood pellet pelleting, wood pellet cooling, and wood pellet packaging.
01 원자재 전처리 단계
In the wood pellet processing plant, the first step is to pretreat the collected raw materials, so as to facilitate the subsequent processing. This step requires the log to be chipped so as to facilitate the subsequent crushing of the mill.
The drum chipper can be used to cut the wood from the state of the log to the small wood chips of about 3-5CM, so as to facilitate the subsequent processing of the mixing section.
02 The crushing of wood
3-5CM small wood chips through the conveyor to the crusher for crushing. Wood chips are crushed to the appropriate fineness, the purpose of doing this is on the one hand conducive to the back of the drying, and on the other hand conducive to the back of the pelleting stage of pressing.
03 Sawdust drying
Because different wood materials have different water content, and to make good wood pellets, the water content of the raw material must be less than 15%, so after crushing, the wood chips need to be dried.

04 Pelletizing system of the wood pellet production line

05 Wood pellet cooling
The temperature and humidity of the pressed pellet are relatively high, so we need to cool them. In this way, it is convenient for storage and can better maintain the shape of the wood pellet to avoid the cold wind and hot wood pellet in direct contact, resulting in sudden cooling phenomena and particle cracking. This step mainly involves cooling the newly pressed pellet to room temperature.
06 Wood pellet packaging
After cooling, the final wood pellets can be packaged for easy storage and transportation.
