The following is a complete process of our animal feed mill plant in Oman, from solution confirmation to formal production, transparently showcasing our project management capabilities and delivery strength.
1. Client Site Visit and Solution Customization
The client visits our factory to inspect the production line. Based on the client’s provided factory dimensions, power conditions, raw material type, production capacity requirements, and finished product requirements, we design a detailed solution, including 3D layout diagrams and equipment configuration suggestions.
2. Contract Signing and Production Scheduling

4. Sea Freight Container Loading and Port Clearance
Container loading is completed according to international export standards, and the shipment departs from Qingdao Port and is transported by sea to Sohar Port in Oman. 5. Capacity Acceptance and Commencement
