Overview of Animal Feed Production Line In Algeria
1–2 t/h Poultry Powder and Pellet Feed Production Line
In April 2025,a client sent us an email:“I would like to set up a mixed production line for poultry mash and pellets with a capacity of 1–2 tons.”
Based on the client’s specific requirements for a hybrid production line—and having given full consideration to the optimal layout of the facility—we have precisely engineered a customized production line solution. The entire line occupies a footprint of 13m × 4m × 8m. Its scientifically sound and rational layout ensures highly efficient utilization of the client’s factory space while simultaneously accommodating the dual production needs for both powdered and granular materials.
In this project,the client undertook the installation of the production line independently. We provided comprehensive technical drawing support,including a complete set of schematics such as layout plans,foundation drawings,steel structure bills of materials,steel structure assembly drawings,and equipment installation drawings. Furthermore,we provided technical guidance throughout the entire process to ensure the installation proceeded in an orderly and efficient manner.
The primary equipment comprising this production line includes a hammer mill,mixer,pelletizer,cooler,screener,crumbler,and manual bagging scale,representing a comprehensive and fully equipped configuration.
3-5 T/H Chicken feed production line
In August 2024,a poultry feed manufacturer from Algeria contacted us seeking to purchase a chicken feed production line with an output capacity of 3–5 tons per hour. He wanted to product pellet feed for both broilers and layers. The pellets are sized between 4–6 mm to meet the nutritional requirements of chickens at various growth stages. The client’s primary raw materials consist of corn,wheat,wheat bran,soybean meal,rapeseed meal,and vitamin premixes.
After assessing the scale of the client’s facility and taking their specific production requirements into account,we designed a customized production line solution for them. The entire line features a compact structure and a small footprint,while being fully equipped with all core production machinery—including a crusher,a mixer,a chicken feed pellet maker,pellet coolers,screeners,and packaging machines.
The installation process for this production line took 30 days. Upon assisting the client with the installation and commissioning of the equipment,our engineers also provided professional technical training to the workforce,ensuring that the operators could skillfully and confidently manage the entire production line.
10 T/H Fish Feed and 10 T/h poultry&Livestock Feed Production Line
In October 2025,a major feed manufacturer from Algeria contacted us with plans to procure a combined linha de produção de pellets para alimentação animal—featuring capacities of 10 tons per hour for fish feed and 10 tons per hour for livestock and poultry pellet feed. He wanted to simultaneously produce specialized pellet feeds tailored to various fish species as well as different types of livestock and poultry.
This production line features a scientifically optimized layout that seamlessly integrates the fish feed and livestock/poultry pellet production streams. By significantly reducing the client’s investment costs regarding both equipment and facility space,the system effectively meets their diverse feed production requirements while empowering them to enhance their competitiveness in the market.
The production line is fully equipped,encompassing all core machinery for the entire process—including raw material handling,mixing,granulation,cooling,screening,and packaging—thereby enabling the standardized and efficient production of two types of feed.
