Our machine’s Technical Features
- The ring die and press rollers are made of 40CrMnTi alloy steel. After carburizing heat treatment, they feature high hardness, strong wear resistance and good corrosion resistance, with a service life of more than 1,000 hours.
- Our feed pellet machine adopts gear transmission, which is 15% more efficient than traditional belt transmission.
- The conditioner is made of 304 stainless steel to ensure feed safety and hygiene. Single-layer, double-layer and triple-layer options are available to meet the production needs of different feeds.
- A variable-frequency motor controls the feeding speed, which can be accurately adjusted according to material properties, moisture content and formula requirements to avoid blockage or idling.
- Our feed pellet mill comes with a shear pin. If hard foreign objects enter the pelletizing chamber, it will shut down urgently to protect the ring die and press rollers from damage.
