Chicken manure cannot be directly pelletized because of its high moisture content, strong odor, tendency to stick to the mold, and potential bacterial contamination. Therefore, it must first undergo fermentation to stabilize, deodorize, and facilitate pelleting. This process utilizes the client’s existing fermentation equipment.

The fermented chicken manure is mixed with rice husks. The rice husks make the raw material more fluffy and non-sticky, thus more suitable for pelleting. The client uses our conveyor to stably and continuously transport the mixed raw materials to the pellet mill, ensuring uninterrupted supply and smooth operation.

Before entering the pellet mill, the raw materials are slightly moistened and softened to make them easier to press into pellets. The pellet mill compresses the chicken manure and rice husk mixture into 4.0mm pellets. These granules are easier to apply as fertilizer and also easier to store, transport, and sell.

When the granules first come out of the machine, they are very hot, soft, and easily deformed. They need to be cooled down using a cooler. After cooling, the granules harden, becoming less prone to breakage and clumping in the bag.

The cooled granules enter a screening machine to separate out the qualified granules. Unqualified small granules and powder are recycled and reused. This ensures the quality of the finished product and reduces raw material waste.
