This Russian client is a small to medium-sized aquaculture farm and feed processing user. The client wanted to control investment costs as much as possible and planned to expand production in the future. Our technical engineers configured a compact and easy-to-operate fish feed production line for them.

The 5–6 tons/hour project is primarily aimed at medium to large-scale commercial aquaculture enterprises. It can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted production and has a very high level of automation. This production line precisely controls the temperature and moisture content during the production process,preventing the fish feed pellets from disintegrating in the water and better retaining nutrients. このプロジェクトは、それぞれ1.5〜2トン／時と5〜6トン／時の2つの養魚飼料生産ラインで構成されている。2つの生産ラインの全体的な工程フローはほぼ同じで、主な違いは原材料と各種設備モデルにある。完全な養魚飼料生産工程を以下に示す：
1.原材料の受け入れと保管
魚粉、トウモロコシ、大豆ミール、その他の原材料は、受入設備を通って生産ラインに入り、生産が中断しないようにサイロや貯蔵箱に一時的に保管される。.
2.原材料の洗浄
原料はまず洗浄され、不純物や金属が取り除かれる。.
3.原料粉砕
洗浄された原料は粉砕機に入り、その後の処理に適した細かさに粉砕される。.
4.バッチ処理と混合
原料は自動的に計量され、配合比に従ってバッチ処理され、飼料中の栄養が均一になるように完全に混合される。.
5.フィッシュフィード押出成形
混合物は魚用飼料押出機に入り、そこでパラメータが調整され、浮くか沈む魚用飼料が製造される。.
6.乾燥工程
新しく形成されたペレットは、水分を減らし、カビや破損を防ぐために乾燥システムに入る。.
7.冷却と成形
乾燥ペレットは高温に冷却されるため、よりコンパクトになり、保管や輸送が容易になる。.
8.スクリーニングとリサイクル
規格外のペレットは選別され、再加工用にリサイクルされるため、均一な完成品が保証される。.
9.自動包装
適格な魚の飼料は自動的に計量され、直接販売または養殖用に包装される。.
