Feed Bagging Equipment For Sale Overview
During operation, materials are automatically fed into the weighing hopper via gravity, a screw conveyor, or a belt conveyor. The system initially feeds rapidly, then gradually replenishes the material at a slower pace for more accurate weight measurement. Once the set weight is reached, feeding automatically stops, the hopper opens, and the material is loaded into the clamped packaging bags. The feed bagging equipment then automatically completes heat sealing, sewing, or mixed sealing, and conveys the finished bags out. Equipment Structure
Our automatic packaging machine consists of three core structures: First, the feeding system, which can use belt or auger feeding.
Second, the weighing hopper, equipped with high-precision sensors and a cylinder-driven discharge gate, ensures concentrated and stable material distribution and consistent weighing, guaranteeing accurate weight for each bag.
Finally, there’s the automatic bag clamping and intelligent control system. The bag opening is equipped with clamping arms to ensure a tight seal; the entire process is controlled by PLC, requiring almost no manual intervention.

The user interface is very clear, with few buttons and steps. New workers can generally become proficient in operating the machine in about ten minutes.
